The most obvious use of poly~ is for audio patches, where polyphonic audio output is desired, but it is not limited to audio tasks, as it can be used in many other contexts. With this object, you can take a pre-existing patch, add a few extra objects to, load it into the poly~ object, and specify how many “voices” you would like. For non-Morph users, it also works with your traditional mouse/touchpad. It utilizes the Morph’s ability to detect touch and pressure to change your perspective on the very nature of time and sound.
